2. Description of Service

IRU Foodcare Ltd. is a digital food and agricultural marketplace platform connecting consumers, verified farmers, fresh merchants, wholesalers, and agricultural cooperatives. Features include verified farmer/merchant profiles, direct WhatsApp ordering, surplus food flash deal listings, product marketplace catalogs, and agricultural business subscriptions.

3. User Accounts & Organization Scope

  • Business Owners maintain master administrative control over their business workspace and branches.
  • Managers, Cashiers, and Staff accounts are scoped to authorized branches assigned by the Business Owner.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
  • Fraudulent activity or unauthorized account sharing is strictly prohibited.

4. Business Owner & Branch Obligations

  • Businesses are responsible for configuring accurate pricing, membership packages, and staff commission rules.
  • Businesses must obtain appropriate consent from customers before sending automated marketing or operational SMS/email messages.
  • Each business operates in compliance with the commercial, tax, and employment regulations of the countries where it operates.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Attempt to bypass branch-scoping permissions or access data belonging to other organizations.
  • Manipulate customer loyalty points balances or staff commission records fraudulently.
  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer platform components.
  • Use automated bots to send unauthorized bulk messages through platform communication channels.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, user interfaces, branding, and proprietary algorithms on the IRU Foodcare Ltd. platform are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without explicit written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

IRU Foodcare Ltd. is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for 99.9% operational availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRU Foodcare Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or financial loss arising from operational interruptions or third-party service provider failures.
