Delete your IRU Foodcare account

How to request deletion

1. Fill in the form below with the email address you use to sign in.
2. We email that address to confirm the request really comes from the account owner.
3. Once confirmed, we delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

You can also email info@irufoodcare.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account" or call +250 795 381 733.

What we delete

• Your account: name, email, phone number, password and profile photo.
• Your sign-in sessions and verification codes.
• Every business you own on IRU Foodcare, including its branches, staff accounts, customer list, items, warehouses, listings and photos, the reviews on those listings, social links and subscription.

What we keep, and for how long

• Your deletion request and our related emails, for up to 12 months, as a record that we handled it.
• Billing and payment records we must keep under applicable tax and accounting laws, only for the period the law requires.
• Ratings you left on other sellers' listings are linked to the email or phone number you typed, not to your account. Tick the box in the form if you want those removed too.
